Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time for Shipments

  • Orders are processed within a day but we are always closed on Sundays and some nationally marked holidays. when we are closed we are careful to alert our customers through calling or any other media we find appropriate and convenient.
  • During high-volume periods, there might be slight delays. We'll inform you via email or phone if your order is  delayed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping fees are determined by the customers depending with individual preferences. where customers seeks help, we are glad to advice based on our experiences . 
  • we offer free shipping when the order exceeds certain limits and especially where we are contracted for installation. however this is determined on individual case

Delivery Timeframes

  • whereas orders are processed within a day upon confirmation of payments, delivery depends on the courier the customer advices.

Note: Shipping is limited to addresses within Kenya. any other address outside Kenya will have to be agreed with the management. Delivery delays may occur.

 

Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Evans sounds is not responsible for customs, duties, or tax fees incurred during or after shipping. These are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

  • Evans sounds is not liable for damages or losses during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
